The residence, located within the historic fortress of Costigliole d'Asti and built in the early 19th century, underwent a beautiful restoration in August 2024. The renovation highlighted its historical features while providing a full range of modern comforts. Spread over two levels, with a panoramic terrace on the third and top floor, the property allows guests to immerse themselves in history without sacrificing the services and amenities of a contemporary home. This makes for a truly unforgettable stay, aided by its strategic location between the Langhe and Monferrato regions. It is just 15 km from Alba, famous for its truffle fair and international wine exhibition, and also 15 km from Asti, the medieval city known for the Palio that takes place in the third week of September and the Sagre festival held on the second Sunday of September.
